At Canon Johnson we pride ourselves on a being an inclusive, caring and nurturing school. Below we have included all the information you will need to apply for a place in our school from the Nursery, through Reception and into other classes within the school. Nursery places
We operate a two-session (one session in the morning and one session in the afternoon) Nursery here at Canon Johnson five days a week. We admit 13 children in each of the sessions. Admissions to Nursery are dealt with here at the school. If your child is 3 or 4 years old between the 1st September and the 31st August, please contact us to ask if we have any places.
Reception places
At Canon Johnson we offer a 30 place Reception class. Choosing a school for a Reception place is the most important decision as a parent you will make as it provides the foundations of their future learning.
